	From "The Councilman in Exile": Bill Waterman After reading about the extra money the City is receiving from the over funding in the pension plan I agree 100% that it should be put in to the retirement system Tier-1 retirement plan for our police and NOT back into the City's General Fund. Let's not have more paralysis by analysis by the Democrat's WHO CONTROL the Common Council. Remember action's speak louder then words. Bill Waterman
